About the role
Manage all aspects of branch operations and lead the team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Expert team management skills will allow to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
Responsibilities
- Provide input to Area and State Management for the branch business plan by recommending sales targets and identifying market trends & growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff.
- Motivate team to perform to meet / exceed expectations of the branch business plan.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Health & Safety Policy, procedures and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health & safety, as well as that of others.
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
- Degree in business, agriculture (desirable, or demonstrated experience).
- Sales Training (training provided).
- Elders Leadership Development Program (training provided).
- Driver’s training course (training provided)
- Driver’s licence
- FSRA Tier 2 (training provided)
- Several years experience in the agricultural industry, including several years as a Product / Sales Manager.
- Business management experience.
