About the role

Responsibilities
• Strategy Development:
• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the grain handling and storage market across Australia.
• Sales Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets while promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Client Relationships:

• Product Knowledge:

Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the agricultural or grain handling industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
