Farm Manager

Our client is seeking a Farm Manager to oversee operations, manage staff, and optimize farm productivity. This leadership role requires strong agricultural experience and a hands-on approach to daily farm management, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee farm activities, including irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, canopy and weed management.
• Supervise and coordinate farm staff, ensuring efficient labor use and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain farm records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, stock management, and farm infrastructure, ensuring proper upkeep and inventory control.
• Liaise with horticulture consultants, external contractors, and senior management to achieve business objectives and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in horticulture farm management with strong leadership abilities.
• Operational and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
• Understanding of tropical horticulture or mango cultivation (preferred but not essential).
• Farm chemical user certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
