About the Company

Our client is a successful independent supplier of agronomic advice and farm production inputs operating from 14 locations across the Western District, North East, Wimmera and SE South Australia (SESA) regions. Our client is not just about providing agronomic advice—they focus on building partnerships that help farmers thrive. We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Agronomist to join our expert team and support growers in achieving their production goals. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:
• Provide expert agronomic advice – Assist clients in optimizing crop and pasture production with fertility, pest, and disease management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships – Your ability to develop trust and maintain a solid network of farmers is critical.
• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements – Attend field days, engage in technical research, and introduce new technologies to farming systems.
• Monitor and report on client paddocks – Provide real-time insights to drive profitable decision-making.
• Drive business growth – Leverage your network to introduce new clients and support the growth of our clients agronomy services.
