About the Company

Founded in 1984, our client is a multi-divisional, Australian owned, broad based manufacturing and distribution company with three divisions: Trailer, Agriculture and Fertiliser. We are market leaders in Press Wheel Assemblies, Coulter Discs and Double Disc Openers predominantly for air-seeder applications. 

About the role

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer service driven individual and be the key point of customer contact for Sales and Account Management. This is a Regional role involving extensive but manageable travel with a customer base of original equipment manufacturers, equipment dealers, spare parts suppliers and the farming community.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Account Management
• Field-days and conference schedule
• Sales Administration including order processing and picking, invoicing, and quoting
• Developing sales opportunities
• New product development
• Provide training and technical support to the customer base OEMs, dealers and Farmers

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Sales experience in a broadacre farming environment
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to learn technical and IT skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Willingness to face to face with customers
• Willingness to travel
• Team player
• Excellent phone manner and communicator
• Attention to detail/time management
