About the Role

The Business Development Manager (Qld/Northern NSW) will drive sales in the region by managing and supporting distribution partners, promoting product performance, and executing strategies to boost awareness and advocacy through agronomist networks.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Build and manage relationships with distribution partners to increase sales
• Product Advocacy: Analyze product performance and advocate the technology’s benefits to agronomists and farmers
• Increase Brand Awareness: Raise the company’s profile within the agricultural sector
• Reporting: Provide regular sales and market feedback to senior management

Education / Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated strong track record of successfully executing a sales process and ability to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering or Food Science.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agriculture sector.
• Familiarity with regional practices relating to pesticide use and spray application processes
• Delivery of Innovation/Innovative Products to market
• Spray Application Experience
• Dealer Network, experience managing dealers
• Ability to train the trainer
