Our client is a leading producer and marketer of scientifically developed bio-fertilisers and bio-stimulants, supporting sustainable farming and improved crop performance. They are seeking high-calibre graduates to join a 12-month Graduate Program, offering hands-on exposure across technical, commercial and operational areas of the business.

Requirements

About You

• Degree-qualified in Agriculture, Plant Science, Environmental Science (or similar) (Diploma + relevant industry experience also considered)
• Graduated within the last 2 years
• Australian work rights
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel and undertake regional placements
• Available to be based in Wodonga (VIC) during the program
