About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role within crop protection R&D. You will lead the delivery of high-quality field trials across ANZ, ensuring strong planning, execution, data integrity and reporting.
Managing a capable field biology team and driving digital transformation, you will help accelerate the development of new crop protection solutions and strengthen partnerships across research, industry and government.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Lead and develop the field biology team, driving collaboration and performance
• Plan and deliver the internal trial program within budget, ensuring data quality and KPI delivery
• Champion digital tools and ways of working aligned with global R&D strategy
• Build partnerships with research organisations, industry bodies and government agencies
• Ensure all field activities meet HSE standards and risk is proactively managed
Education / Experience / Skills
• Degree in Agricultural Science, Science, Biology or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in field trialling / field development programs
• Strong technical data interpretation and understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Sound knowledge of Australian agriculture and crop protection technologies
• Strong project management skills and communication ability
