About the Role
The Regional Livestock Manager – Victoria is responsible for driving new business growth, developing referral channels, and managing high-value client relationships across the region. This is a senior, externally focused business development role requiring deep livestock industry knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Identify and develop relationships across the livestock industry
• Originate new corporate livestock finance opportunities
• Respond to and convert direct enquiry leads
• Build and manage broker and financial advisor referral networks
• Conduct on-farm visits and maintain structured client contact programs
Education / Experience / Skills
• 5+ years’ experience in livestock, agribusiness banking or rural finance
• Strong understanding of livestock production systems and trading cycles
• Demonstrated business development experience in regional markets
• Established networks within livestock agencies, brokers and rural advisors
