About the Role
The Fertiliser Manager will position Gorst Rural as a premium fertiliser supplier, combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and operational excellence to drive sales and grow client relationships.

Main Responsibilities (Must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Develop and execute a fertiliser sales strategy
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with expert advice
• Ensure efficient operations, stock management, and service excellence
• Provide market intelligence and proactive recommendations
• Support workflow, inventory, and safety standards

Education / Experience / Skills
• Experience in fertiliser sales, on-farm advisory, or related agribusiness roles
• Knowledge of local farming systems and crop management
• Client management and business development skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
