About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Southern Region, the Retail Manager – Southern Region executes the National Retail Strategy, driving sales, margin and category performance. The role leads a dispersed team, manages suppliers, pricing and inventory, and partners with branches to deliver commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities

• Execute national and regional retail and category strategies to achieve sales, margin and revenue targets
• Lead supplier engagement, pricing strategy, product ranging and backward integration initiatives
• Own and deliver the regional revenue budget, including monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
• Drive inventory, S&OP and GMROI performance across branches and distribution facilities
• Provide strong people leadership, coaching and change management aligned to company Values
Requirements
• Proven retail management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Demonstrated leadership of geographically dispersed teams within a sales-led environment
• Experience in agricultural supply, cropping inputs or related industries (highly desirable)
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
