Rocks Gone Pty Ltd is a family-owned Western Australian engineering and manufacturing organisation. The business develops and manufactures a rock-crushing machine specifically designed to address challenging lateritic and shallow rocky soils and is now offering this solution to the USA.
The Senior Sales Representative will build and lead Rocks Gone’s dealer network development in the United States for the H4 Reefinator. This senior, field-facing role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution: recruiting and contracting dealers, onboarding and certifying service partners, enabling them technically and commercially, co-selling strategic accounts, machine star-ups and shaping the U.S. business plan through market feedback. You will report to the Business Development Manager and act as the U.S. lead for channel performance and growth.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Create and execute a U.S. dealer recruitment and roll-out plan: partner profiles, territory prioritisation, outreach, selection criteria and onboarding timelines
• Negotiate and finalise distributor/dealer agreements; assist in defining pricing, commissions, stocking and service obligations
• Develop and deliver dealer enablement: product demonstrations, installation and commissioning guidance, service training, operator training and certification standards
• Coordinate field-support from Rocks Gone engineering, parts and manufacturing teams to ensure timely spare parts and onsite support for early installations
• Define direct-sell versus dealer-managed account strategies and build a territory coverage model to maximise market penetration.
• Represent Rocks Gone at trade shows, farmer/contractor field days, industry conferences and customer meetings
Education / Experience / Skills
• Self-starter: highly organised, able to work autonomously and frequent travel (50%+)
• Proficient with CRM tools (Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office; authorised to work in the U.S.
• Outstanding relationship-building, presentation and communications skills
• Minimum seven years’ B2B sales experience, including direct responsibility for recruiting, contracting or scaling dealer/distributor networks in the U.S. market. Experience with agricultural machinery, civil earthworks equipment or mining equipment is highly desirable
• Proven commercial track record of successfully recruiting and growing channel partners that delivered measurable revenue and territory coverage
• Prior experience launching a new machine or building a new dealer channel in the U.S. market (Preferred)
• Existing dealer or distributor contacts in agriculture, civil construction or mining service sectors (Preferred)
