About the role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role focuses on servicing a defined customer base in key horticultural regions of Victoria. The representative will promote vegetable seed products, develop sales opportunities, and support growers and distributors.

Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, nurseries, and resellers
• Promote the commercial vegetable seed portfolio
• Execute sales plans and achieve targets
• Identify new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets
• Represent the company professionally at industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields (or relevant experience)
• Background in technical or horticultural sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and self-motivated, able to manage your schedule
• Willingness to travel within SA, including overnight stays
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and right to work in Australia
