About the Company
Our client is a highly respected global agribusiness operating within the crop protection sector and is recognised for delivering innovative solutions and strong customer support across Australian agriculture.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales and market share across the company’s crop protection portfolio within the assigned territory. You will develop and execute territory sales plans, strengthen customer relationships, support distribution partners, and deliver demand generation activities aligned to commercial and strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to regional and national strategies
• Manage, develop and maintain key customer and agency relationships
• Deliver sales initiatives, promotions, and commercial programs across the territory
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide responsive sales and technical support
• Support product launches, demand generation activities, and technical extension programs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and business planning
• Monitor customer orders, inventory, and supply to maintain high customer service standards
Education / Experience / Skills
• Degree qualified in Agriculture, Science, Commerce or related discipline
• Sales, technical or commercial experience within agriculture preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural chemicals and agronomic practices
• Strong communication, customer relationship and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with sound computer and CRM capability
