About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will drive profitable sales growth across North West NSW through key account management, consultative selling, and territory development. Working closely with retailers, agronomists, advisors, and growers, the successful candidate will support product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, and provide market intelligence to support regional business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, agronomists and growers
• Drive new product launches, demonstrations and customer engagement activities
• Deliver consultative sales solutions and conduct regular key account reviews
• Provide market intelligence, forecasting and CRM reporting

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Proven sales success within agriculture, agronomy or crop protection
• Strong relationship management and customer engagement capability
• Knowledge of broadacre cropping systems and agronomy practices
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills
• Relevant agricultural qualification and current driver’s licence preferred
