An outstanding opportunity now exists for an experienced Branch Manager to lead an established Griffith operation and drive its continued growth and profitability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance and day-to-day operations of the branch. You will develop your team, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure the branch consistently achieves its financial and operational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of 25
• Driving sales growth and branch profitability
• Building strong relationships with key agricultural clients
• Managing budgets, branch operations and inventory
• Supporting business development and community engagement

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Min 5 years’ experience within agriculture, rural retail, sales or branch management
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a successful team
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, budgets and branch performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
