About the role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join a growing national livestock funding organisation at the ground floor.

Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)

• Monitor livestock collateral through NLIS, ensuring records remain accurate and current
• Prepare and issue client invoices for repayments and fees.
• Assist with livestock finance documentation and agreement processing
• Manage PPSR registrations and discharges throughout the loan lifecycle
• Respond to client enquiries and provide account information as required

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Degree in business, commerce, finance, agriculture or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Administrative, financial services or agribusiness experience advantageous
• Exposure to NLIS, PPSR or livestock systems desirable; training provided.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
