About the Company
Our client is a global leader in crop protection and biological solutions. They are seeking a commercially driven sales professional to grow market share through strong relationships with distributors, retailers and growers.
About the Role
Lead the commercial performance of your territory by delivering sales growth, increasing market share and strengthening customer partnerships across South Australia and Victoria.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Develop annual sales forecasts with key customers and branch managers
• Implement territory action plans to drive profitable growth
• Monitor and update forecasts in line with seasonal and market conditions
• Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly forecasting with major customers
Education / Experience / Skills
• Commercial experience in agchemicals, fertiliser, seed, agronomy or a related sector
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Agricultural qualification desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of broadacre cropping; horticulture or viticulture experience advantageous
• Five or more years’ sales or marketing experience in agriculture preferred
