About the Company

Our client, a leading Australian Agribusiness providing innovative products and integrated solutions to farmers is seeking a experience canola agronomist to join their team.

Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
• Drive agronomic activity, provide technical leadership and clear direction, building high-performing teams
• Delivery of production outcomes (yield, quality, timeline)
• Lead production planning, ensuring alignment to volumes, genetics, and timelines
• Accountable for field-level quality outcomes and adherence to specifications
• Ensure all field activities are conducted with a strong focus on EHS, stewardship, regulatory, and quality compliance

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Degree or equivalent in Agricultural Science or related discipline
• Practical agronomy experience (Canola)
• Seed Production experience, preferably in hybrid canola production systems.
• Extensive experience with seed processing equipment and operations
• Staff management experience
