we’re looking for an ambitious Ag Professional to grow our presence across Victoria and become an important part of that journey.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands agriculture and enjoys working directly with clients
• Has strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
• Can independently develop a market and create opportunities
• Is ambitious, resilient and prepared to back themselves
• Wants greater ownership of their career and influence within the business

You may currently work in banking, rural finance, livestock or another part of agriculture. What matters most is your character, commercial instinct, energy and ability to build relationships.
