Our client is a specialist Australian livestock funding provider offering flexible working capital solutions to producers and entering an exciting growth phase.

About the Role

Manage existing clients while driving new business across Regional Victoria and South Australia. You will build your own network and pipeline, work closely with senior leadership and have genuine scope to progress into future management and leadership roles as the business grows.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new client relationships across Regional VIC/SA
• Identify and convert new opportunities into long term partnerships
• Lead confidently with a clear sales pitch and value proposition
• Sell on value against perceived lower-cost alternatives
• Follow disciplined processes and maintain a strong regional pipeline

Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

• Proven relationship-building, business development or sales capability
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined in pipeline management
• Confident communicator able to overcome objections
• Proficient in using technology and digital systems
• Experience in agriculture, finance or sales is beneficial, but not essential
